Henty & Associates Launches Drawing/Document Distribution Web Page

Henty & Associates has added a Drawing/Document Distribution web page to facilitate the distribution of construction documents and CAD file drawing backgrounds to consultants, contractors and owners.

The web page offers secure access to control distribution to authorized users only, and is context sensitive to make available only those documents for which each individual is authorized to view.

This system helps to overcome the file size limitations of some email providers or programs, and allows users to download files when it is most convenient to them.

Users begin at the registration page, and receive a notification by email of their acceptance to the system. Upon acceptance, users log on to the site and are directed to a page with a menu of projects for which they are eligible to view.

Henty & Associates is anticipating the addition of an automated notification system to the site, which can be used to broadcast the publication of revised documents and drawings.

This is yet another technological improvement to enhance the efficiency with which we serve our clients.
